Home remedy to help combat mucus and phlegm in the chest.

Ingredients you will need:

– A tablespoon of black pepper.

– A spoonful of honey.

– Two tablespoons of grated ginger.

– Three cups of water.

Preparation and how to use:

The first thing you should do is pour  the water into a small pot and place it on the stove over medium heat . Once it reaches a boil, add the pepper and ginger. Let it cook for 3 minutes and then let it sit until it cools completely.

Then,  sweeten it with a little honey and drink it immediately . Ideally, you should drink 3 to 4 cups of this beverage a day. However, if your symptoms are mild, drink just one cup on an empty stomach. This will be enough to put an end to the phlegm and mucus.
